Keep me honest

No one can guilt trip me to being more productive like you. That's why I'm enlisting your help to keep me on track and working! You hereby have my permission to bug the living crap out of me about my books.

That's why I've created a Progress page on the site. By visiting this page, you'll be able to see where I am on any given book. At the moment, the only book I'm tracking is Citadel: Children of Light. But look for more books in the future, and sometimes more than one at a time!

I really value getting feedback from people who read my work, but beyond that I feel like I owe you some accountability. These books are my passion and my art, but they belong to you as much as to me (don't expect any royalties). Without you, I'm just a guy randomly jotting things down and chuckling to himself at inappropriate times. Keep me from becoming a strange homeless guy wearing folded newspapers as underwear. Help me keep these books coming!

[p.s.] I'm aware that the current progress on C:CoL says "2%" whereas yesterday's blog post said I was at 3%. So the story there: I originally set the final word target at 50K words. Today I set it at 100K, because that's more in line with past word counts and it makes a better target. At the same time, I wrote another couple of pages. So at the moment, I'm 2% in, and progress from here on out will be based on a 100K word count. Clear as Christmas? Good!
